Natasha Ryan, who is a
prolific goalkeeper for Fulham Deaf Ladies FC and Great Britain Deaf Women
Football has been donated £500 from Apcoa Parking UK Ltd, to help her to reach
the target of £3,000 for the Deaflympics 2009,
Taiwan.
We interviewed her
previously:
Well done on
getting a donation from APCOA Group! Tell me what your connections with them?
My sister Nicola Ryan works
for them, I thought I ask my sister if she know anyone who would sponsor me.
With £500 donation
nearing your target of £3,000. What does it mean to you by having this
donation?
I am very grateful and
happy to receive this donation, I did not expect to receive £500. It is fantastic!
What is your advice
to others who are trying to raise money for the Deaflympics 2009?
My advice would be: Don't give up! Keep trying and you never know your luck, that someone
out there will support you.
APCOA Group will
keep tabs on your progress with GB Deaf Women Football, what do you hope to do
to impress them?
I will stay focused
and try my best to win and bring home a medal for
Great Britain! And do APCOA Group
proud!
Final word?
I would like to thank
APCOA Group very much for their donation.
